Nick Levett, Founder
Investing in property since 2012, Nick has experience transacting as investor, developer, client, contractor and consultant. He provides the strategic direction for all projects, creating the vision and leading the team to deliver it.
Nick has held a number of previous roles, including in Private Equity and consultancy, gaining experience across most real estate sectors, including hotels, residential, corporate real estate, education and health. Roles on these projects included construction, design, development and project management, estates strategies, procurement frameworks, asset optimisation and implementation of strategic delivery processes.
