On behalf of our investor client we have designed and tendered this development of 14 four bedroom houses, which are a mix of semi and terraced properties. Demolition and enabling was completed Q3 2021, before commencement of the main works contract. We provided a full key design, construction and project management services on this project, delivered with support of our consultant team.
